Mr. Alexandre Honoré Marie Thiollier Neto is a Managing Partner of Brookfield Private Equity in Brazil, responsible for origination, execution and investments in the country. Mr. Alexandre has 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and strategy consulting. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, he worked for Cartesian Capital Group and Capital International Private Equity, emerging markets private equity funds covering Latin America. He also held positions at Bear Stearns in New York and Spectrum Strategy Consultants in São Paulo, advising investors, companies and governments on asset acquisitions, divestments and debt financing and capital allocation. Mr. Alexandre holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Jorge Augusto holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade Federal da Bahia (1998), with an extension course in Finance and Controllership from FIPECAFI (2007). He has served as Vice President of South and Southeast Operations at BRK Ambiental between 2017 and 2020, having under his responsibility more than 16 concessions. For 19 years he has worked on PPP’s, DBOT’s and EPC’s contracts in Engineering and Construction and real estate development in Brazil and Angola.

Mr. Felipe Cardoso de Gusmão Cunha holds a degree in Economics from PUC (Pontifical Catholic University-RJ), with a Master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from the same institution, in addition to specialization courses in national and international institutions. He has worked in M&A, Equity Research and Private Equity (Investments and Portfolio Management) activities for more than 20 years of career, in institutions such as Votorantim and Brookfield. He is currently the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (as of September, 2022).

Mrs. Daniela Mattos Sandoval Coli holds a Law degree from USP (University of São Paulo) with a master’s degree from the New York University School of Law focused in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. She also has a specialization in the Energy Sector from ABCE (Brazilian Association of Electricity) and has credentials in administration (CORe by HBX from Harvard Business School) and a certification in Compliance (CCEP – Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional). Mrs. Daniela held positions at Suzano, AES Brasil and BP until 2018, when she started working at the Company.

Mr. Ramon has over twenty years of experience in strategic planning and new business development. He holds a degree in Economics from Fundação Santo André/Faculty of Administration, Economics and Accounting – FSA/FAECO, a specialization in People and Human Resources Development from Fundação Instituto de Administração FIA and an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.

Mr. Luiz Ildefonso Simões Lopes is Vice Chairman of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Tegra Incorporadora S.A., a member of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, one of the leading Brazilian academic and research centers, a Director of AMCHAM – Brazil-US Chamber of Commerce, a member of the International Advisory Board of Fundação Dom Cabral, a member of the Board of CEBRI – Brazilian Center for International Relations, a member of the Board of Directors of Fundação Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira and a member of the Governance Board of COMUNITAS. He joined Brookfield in September 1994 as Vice President and Director of Banco Brascan S.A. where he later became CEO. He was CEO of Brookfield Brasil from October 2007 to December 2017. From 1979 to 1994 he was Superintendent Director and member of the Board of Directors of Magliano S.A. CCVM, Director of Banco FIAT and FIAT Leasing S.A. and, previously, Director of Liberal CCVM.

Mr. Rafael Thor is a Managing Director of Private Equity segment at Brookfield Brasil Asset Management Investimentos Ltda. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Rafael Thor worked at renowned law firms in New York and Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Rafael Thor holds a law degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ and an LL.M. from The University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Rafael Thor is a member of the Board of Directors of Unidas Locações e Serviços S.A., Unidas Locadora S.A., Descarbonize Soluções S.A. and Sol Agora Serviços Financeiros S.A.

Mr. Patrick von Schaaffhausen has over 20 years of experience, with a focus on management, planning and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked for Profarma Specialty, where he served as Vice President of Commercial Operations and Vice President of Strategy and Operations, being responsible for commercial, operational, strategic planning, M&A, business development, strategic projects and restructuring activities. He also held positions at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working on strategy and operations projects in Brazil and abroad, developing and implementing improvement initiatives on the operational, commercial and strategic fronts. Mr. Patrick von Schaaffhausen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Mr. Patrick holds the position of Board Member of Unidas Locações e Serviços S.A. and Member of the Strategy Committee of Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz (pro-bono).

Mr. Fabio Fukubara is a member of the Investment team in Brookfield’s Private Equity segment, having joined the company in 2022. Previously, Fabio worked at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking area, where he was responsible for advising on several M&A and capital markets transactions. Fabio holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Mr. Sergio Bini is a career employee of Caixa Econômica Federal (“CEF”). During his career, he has held positions as National Manager, National Superintendent and Executive Director of third-party asset management, working in the areas of structuring, distribution and management of investment funds. He also served as Director of Planejar – Brazilian Association of Financial Planners and as a member of several ANBIMA fund committees, representing CEF. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial market, including 14 years in leadership positions in the area of ​​investment funds (Asset Management). He is currently Vice President of Investment Funds at CEF. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics with an emphasis on behavioral finance and a Master’s degree in Business Economics, both from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Business Administration from UFMG. He has also been a portfolio and securities administrator authorized by the CVM since 2016, has been certified as a Board Member by the IBGC since 2017, certified as an ANBIMA Manager (CGA) since 2016 and is a Certified Financial Planner – CFP® since 2013. He works as a finance professor at FK Partners.

Mr. Tiago Cordeiro is the Vice President of Interim Government, Executive Director of Government Products at Caixa Econômica Federal (“CEF”) and a member of the Deliberative Council of the Workers’ Support Fund – CODEFAT. He is responsible for defining and executing strategies for CEF products and for the government client segment at the federal, state and municipal levels, including the judiciary and legislative branches. He is a career employee at CEF with over 19 years of experience, where he has held several positions, including, but not limited to, the Management of the National Superintendence of the Bolsa Família Program, the National Management of Structuring and Construction of IT Solutions, and the Coordination of Matrix Projects. He has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from UNIVEM – Marília/SP, an Executive MBA in Information Technology Governance from UPIS – Brasília/DF, a Professional Master’s Degree in Strategic Management of Organizations, and is trained as a Counselor by Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.

Mr. Luiz Ildefonso Simões Lopes is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra and the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the International Advisory Board of Fundação Dom Cabral, a world-renowned executive education center and member of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a leading academic and research center. Both organizations are in Brazil. He holds a degree in business administration from Faculdade Moraes Júnior and a specialization in Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He is Senior Managing Partner at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and is currently the Vice Chairman of Brookfield Brasil, having held the position of CEO of Brookfield Brasil from October 2007 to December 2017, as well as other senior management positions in that period. He was also President and CEO of Banco Brascan S.A. (currently BRKB Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A.). Prior to joing the Brookfield Group, he was a Director of NATIVA Construções Elétricas S.A, and Liberal CCTVM, Superintendent Director and member of the Board of Directors of Magliano S.A CCVM, and Director of Banco FIAT and FIAT Leasing S.A. He was a member of the Business Council of UERJ and member of the Board of Directors of the Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange.

Mr. Rafael Thor is the Managing Director of the Private Equity division at Brookfield Brasil Asset Management Investimentos Ltda. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Rafael Thor worked at renowned law firms in New York and Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Leonardo Kutova is a member of the Investments team in Brookfield’s Private Equity group, having joined the company in 2021. He has been directly involved in investments in Brazil and has also taken on interim executive roles in the group’s portfolio companies. Previously, Leonardo worked at Patron Capital, a London-based asset manager focused on Private Equity Real Estate, and before that, at BTG Pactual. Leonardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ibmec and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the London Business School.

Mr. Fabio Fukubara is a member of the Investments team in Brookfield’s Private Equity group, joining the company in 2022. Previously, Fabio worked at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division, where he was responsible for advising on numerous M&A and capital markets transactions. Fabio holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Mr. Guilherme Ribeiro de Oliveira has 20 years of experience in the Financial Market, having participated in the recovery plan for loss-making branches, the creation of a Joint Venture together with an IT multinational (M&A), developed an valuation to support impairment tests of the shares of the bank in the securities portfolio, implemented funding controls and improved the bank’s asset and liability allocation (A&LM) map, led the team that manages FGTS assets invested in fixed income and market in the order of R$ 150 billion, acted as Senior Consultant linked directly to the Vice President of Investment Funds at CEF and currently leads the management team of the FI-FGTS and the FGTS Managed Portfolio, which together have assets of around R$ 30 billion. He joined CEF in August 2005. He holds a degree in Economic Sciences from UFJF, an MBA in Business Management and Business Strategy from FGV and an MBA in Global Broker from IBMEC.

Mr. Arthur holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Cesumar University of Maringá. He has an MBA in Banking Products and Services Management and an MBA in Public-Private Partnerships and Concessions with an international module at University College London. Throughout his career at Caixa Econômica Federal, he has worked in various segments of retail, including as a personal banking manager and channel manager (lotteries, correspondents, and others), in agribusiness, particularly in corporate finance operations, and in the infrastructure superintendent with a focus on project finance operations for the sanitation, energy, and public lighting sectors. Currently, he is a Client and Business Manager, managing the infrastructure portfolio of the FI-FGTS, involving equity (shareholder) and debt (creditor).

Mr. Matheus Sabbag Leonel, with experience in managing Compliance teams, Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Internal Audit at companies such as PwC, Itaú Unibanco, Votorantim Cimentos, Grupo Fleury, and Brookfield. Over the past 6 years, he has led the implementation of a benchmark Compliance Program in the Healthcare sector. Now, he is responsible for monitoring and supporting the implementation of Compliance Programs in all companies within the Brookfield Asset Management portfolio (Private Equity) in Brazil. Mr. Matheus is a Certified Accountant with a certificate in HealthCareCompliance (2018) – He holds a degree in Public Administration from UNESP, Accounting from PUC/MG, a postgraduate degree in Auditing, and a Master’s in Business Administration from FECAP.

Mr. Paulo Cesar Carvalho Garcia has been Legal Director at Brookfield Brasil since January 2005. He is responsible for the execution of various businesses and operations in Brazil, as well as leading the group’s Compliance area in Brazil since August 2013. Prior to joining Brookfield Brasil, Paulo was Legal Director and Legal Superintendent at several companies including AMBEV, REXAM and CSN. Paulo also worked as a corporate and M&A attorney at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He also participated in the Advanced Management Program of Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD in 2006 and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio (1995) and completed his degree in Law from PUC in 1990.

Mr. Eduardo Alves de Oliveira joined Caixa Econômica Federal in January 2012, having worked in several areas, such as at GN Controle Institucional Conglomerado (Institutional Control), FUNCEF and SN Risco de Crédito (Credit Kisk), and currently leads the Clients and Business area at GN Gestão de Fundos Estruturados (Strutctured Funds). He served as Operations Supervisor at Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos between 2008 and 2012. He served as a member of the Investment Technical Advisory Committee of FUNCEF between 2018 and 2019. He also worked as a member of the Financial, Capex and Audit Committees of VLI Logística S.A. between 2020 and 2021. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Estácio / Facitec, an MBA in Administration and Finance from Centro Universitário Internacional and an MBA in Banking and Currencies from UNEPOS.
